Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008 (and a member of the Québec Bar since 2005), Irina focuses her practice on banking and finance law. She advises banks, debt funds, and borrowers on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of complex financing transactions.

With over twenty years of experience in France and Canada, Irina has worked within international law firms and financial institutions. This dual perspective—both in private practice and in-house—enables her to anticipate the operational needs of financing stakeholders and to deliver pragmatic, secure, and effective legal solutions.
Before joining Nabarro Béraud Avocats as Of Counsel, Irina practiced at Dentons (Montréal), Jeantet (Paris), and Askesis Avocats (Sophia Antipolis), where she was promoted to partner in 2023.
She also held in-house legal positions at several major banks, including Natixis (Paris), LCL (Paris), Barclays (Monaco), and Société Générale (Monaco).
Irina holds a dual degree in civil and common law from McGill University in Montréal, in both English and French.
