Admitted to the Paris Bar for more than 15 years, Magali is a recognised reference in banking and finance law. With extensive and diverse experience, she successfully advises borrowers, banks, sponsors and debt funds on the most complex transactions, ranging from acquisition financings (syndicated bank financings, senior/mezzanine, unitranche and PIK facilities) to corporate finance, securitisation and, more broadly, balance-sheet financing transactions, as well as real estate and asset financings and fiduciary security structures. She is also highly regarded for her work on debt restructurings, where she develops creative and tailored solutions for her clients.
Before co-founding Nabarro Béraud Avocats, Magali further developed her expertise at leading international law firms including Allen & Overy and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
Alongside her advisory practice, Magali shares her expertise as a lecturer at the Université Catholique de Lille and at Université Paris Panthéon‑Assas. Her strong academic background includes a Master’s degree in Private International Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Contract Law from Université Jean Monnet Saint‑Étienne, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter.
