Admitted to the Paris Bar, Anthony has rapidly emerged as a rising figure in financial law since the start of his career in 2016 at Nabarro & Hinge, before joining Nabarro Béraud Avocats upon its creation in 2020. His swift progression within the firm—first promoted to counsel in 2022 and then to partner in 2024—reflects both his talent and his strong command of complex financing transactions.

Anthony advises debt funds, banks and borrowers on acquisition finance, corporate finance, infrastructure financing (particularly in the renewable energy sector), and syndicated lending. He has developed a strong expertise acting for debt funds on unitranche, mezzanine and PIK financings, as well as in structuring hybrid or strategic financings in the form of quasi-equity for companies and investment funds. He also advises clients on debt restructurings and has played a key role in developing the firm’s renewable energy practice.

Alongside his advisory work, Anthony teaches at the Université Catholique de Lille and at Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, sharing his expertise with future generations of lawyers.

Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and a Master’s degree in Financial Law from Paris-Saclay University and ESCP Business School.
